YouTube sensation Auntie Fee dies after suffering massive heart

Auntie Fee, the viral video sensation also known as Chef Sista Girl, has died almost a week after suffering a massive heart attack. according to her son. "It did all it can do and now God has made the decision to take my mother home where it's peace and joy and I'm okay with that", her son wrote. She had been rushed to the hospital on Tuesday after complaining of chest pain. She suffered a massive heart attack and was taken off of life support on Friday, March 17.

Auntie Fee, whose real name was Felicia O'Dell, rose to fame in 2014 when she began posting videos on YouTube about cooking on a budget.

O'Dell's success online translated to big and small screen opportunities.

She was featured on many talk shows after her videos went viral including Steve Harvey and Jimmy Fallon; she also appeared in the film Barbershop 3 as Anthony Anderson's mother, Mabel. The woman known for her "good ass chicken", Auntie Fee, has died.

"I'm gonna keep it 100 and be me", she said in a 2015 Los Angeles Times article.

She was only 59 years old.
