Haryana Class X results to be declared tomorrow

The results of Class XII of Haryana Board of School Education announced on Thursday saw a marginal improvement as compared to the last year, with pass percentage this year going up to 64.50 compared to 62.40 last year, when the pass percentage had dipped following the implementation of marks moderation policy in the state.

About 3.5 lakh students had appeared in class 10 examinations.

Earlier this week the board officials had said that evaluation of answer sheets were over and HBSE is ready with the results.

Of the 21 districts, Faridabad adjoining Delhi recorded the lowest pass percentage of 47.8, with more than half the students unable to pass the examinations.

From Class 10, a total of 3,88,205 students have given the exam out of which 1,43,676 are girl students while 1,75,166 are boys.The exam were started from March 7 and were held in 1618 exam centres.

Go to the Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) official website, bseh.org or haryana.indiaresults.com. Girls with 73.44% pass percentage outshone boys whose pass percentage was 57.58%. Gurugram, the millennium city of Haryana, also fared poorly with just 52.01 percent students passing the Class 12 exams.
