The Croatia worldwide has had an excellent season for the Nerazurri, scoring ten goals in 30 Serie A starts for the Milanese outfit.

Perisic scored ten goals and provided six assists for Inter in Serie A this season, as well as netting five goals in his last 12 appearances for Croatia.

At San Siro, Perisic has been one of the most integral components for his side.

The Daily Mail claims the Croatia worldwide could be heading to champions Chelsea for £48 million.

The Independent say his former club Atletico Madrid are interested in re-signing him but are unwilling to pay more than £20m.

Any signings in attack could be discouraging for current players, however.

Chelsea are likely to be on the lookout for significant reinforcements this summer as Conte prepares his team for a return to the Champions League next season.

If the experienced 30-year-old were to join United's midfield alongside Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba, their engine room would be brimming with enterprise, energy and creativity.

Ivan Perisic is a transfer target for Manchester United, Inter director Piero Ausilio has confirmed.

Sky Sports believe that Chelsea are not alone in the race to sign Perisic, as Manchester United have already lodged a £36million bid.

Ivan Perisic is being monitored by Jose Mourinho as part of a summer splurge that will see the Old Trafford outfit build on what has been a successful season so far.

Croatian news outlet 24Sata, as reported by Sport Witness, have claimed Liverpool have lodged an offer for Perisic with Inter.
