Swinging back into the street, video shows the SUV hitting a seventh-grade boy who was riding his bike.

"I watched it quite a few times initially and then as the shock of what happened wore off, it just was so disturbing". He told us he tried to push himself off the vehicle, so he wouldn't roll underneath it once he was on the ground.

"It hit the bike, and then I pushed off like this".

When his parents arrived on scene, they were shocked.

"I'm just glad he's okay, he's standing up, he's here talking with me right now, but after all, I would like the guy, whoever he is to come forward and be a man and turn yourself in, please", Walsh's dad said. And then the tire was right in front of me. The 7th grader suffered road rash, bruises and has a sore hip from the accident. Now, he's anxious he won't be able to play basketball for school. "You could have killed my son", Walsh Sr. said. "That's why I have been working so hard to keep my grades up".

She says her granddaughter was just on the other side of a window when the whole thing unfolded. "There were angels in my front yard".

The driver of the SUV took off without stopping to check to see if Walsh was okay. Luckily, the teen wasn't severely injured and was able to walk away from the incident without any broken bones.

FHP is investigating this hit-and-run.
