The Nintendo Switch is the ideal system for multiplayer games, and in the last few years, very few games have given us as much sheer enjoyment enjoyment in that department as Rocket League.

Kirby, Pokémon, Yoshi and...

Mario's HAT takes centre stage as brand new character called Cappy - which helps him travel across all sorts of freakish lands.

Odyssey is a new 3D adventure platformer in the same fashion of classic hits such as Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy, and the Nintendo Switch will naturally follow Mario as he rescues Princess Peach from his archnemesis Bowser (as always), this time from Bowser's wedding plans. Boasting a community of more than 32 million players, Rocket League is now available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, and Windows PC, Mac, and SteamOS via Steam, with the Nintendo Switch version to launch Holiday 2017.

"Game Freak has begun developing a core RPG Pokemon Nintendo on the Nintendo Switch". It's a rather interesting gameplay dynamic and we can't wait to try it out.

Numerous games Nintendo has planned will revive classic franchises like Pokémon and Metroid. The trailer below explores the game's storyline and introduces a range of familiar Fire Emblem heros that will feature in the game.

Fire Emblem Warriors also looks promising. Little information was given outside of some portraits of the Hyrule Champions featured in Breath of the Wild flashbacks.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is getting two new content packs, due out this holiday season. This trailer showed off both story and gameplay elements of this JRPG.

Additionally, 4 new Amiibo featuring characters from the second DLC pack were announced.

Nintendo Switch debuted on March 3 and has been supply-constrained as the Japanese company attempts to keep up with demand. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, arriving August 29, made a brief but not insignificant appearance. Though, the game still has that craft DIY project aesthetic with Mario's usual magical worlds interpreted with real-world objects here.

Psyonix are bringing Rocket League to Nintendo Switch in holiday 2017. Other popular games such as Federation Internationale de Football Association and Rocket League will also soon make their debut on the hybrid console.

Yoshi gets his own, graphically lovely, Nintendo Switch 2.5 side-scrolling platformer, with co-op functionality, to be released in 2018.

New gameplay from the title showed Mario and his cap - which now acts as an autonomous flying character - in a range of scenarios including a clash with a Tyrannosaurus Rex dinosaur, a visit to a Mexican-themed land and a situation in which the plumber is transformed into a saucepan-wielding turtle.
