This week will be a busy one for the Los Angeles Lakers. Fultz is the consensus top player in what appears to be the best draft class of the last five seasons.

Fultz is expected to be selected by the Boston Celtics with the No. 1 pick in the 2017 National Basketball Association draft. There has also been a report coming out today that the Lakers will have a meeting with Markelle Fultz.

That would have a domino effect on the rest of the draft, but more importantly for the Sixers, it could drop Lonzo Ball onto Philadelphia's doorstep.

Jackson is a highly athletic player with unique above-the-rim explosiveness along with being a stout tough defender. But there is no clear indicator on who the Lakers will take.

Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.com reported over the weekend that the Lakers hosted Dennis Smith Jr. for a workout and were "very impressed" with the former N.C. State point guard.

"Fultz is a 6′ 4" guard from the University of Washington. During his freshman campaign, he averaged 23 points and six assists. It is interesting that Fultz will meet with the Lakers even though he might not be on available for them.
