The FIR also mentions the accused sexually assaulted another three-year-old boy.

A trustee of a prominent global school in Andheri in Mumbai has been booked for sexually exploiting kids studying in kindergarten in the school. The identity of the female teacher has not been disclosed. The teacher took the girl to the trustee's room, where he sexually assaulted her, the police said.

When the mother noticed unusual behaviour of her daughter, she first contacted the school authorities, who bluntly asked her to register a complaint with the police. The accused trustee is now out of the country, the police said. The accused has been booked under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sub-sections of Section 376 along with other sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO). "The case is registered at MIDC police and we are investigating the case in all possible angles".

The incident is alleged to have occurred in December a year ago, but came to light in May. "We are giving the cops whatever they want", the principal said. The girl then told her mother about the assault, the police said.

The police say the incident came to light after a girl who was one of the allegedly abused children narrated the incident to her parents following which the matter was brought to the notice of the police. Being a sensitive case, we registered the First Information Report on May 18", said a senior police officer from MIDC police station."The complainant said that her daughter informed her that she was touched inappropriately and this had affected her. "The girl is very small, aged only 3.we can not jump to conclusion, there has to be evidence to prove the case. Once the medical report is out and the director comes back to India, further investigation will be done", the Mumbai Police officer said.

Pattrick was born in a foreign country and came to India around 25 years ago. He married an Indian woman and later acquired citizenship and a passport.
