Third London attacker said to have been flagged to United Kingdom police

Police arrested several people and are widening their investigation after a series of attacks descr.

Earlier on Wednesday, another 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of terror offences after police raided a house in Harpurhey. He is believed to have been an Italian national of Moroccan decent. ISIS said its "soldiers" carried out the attack.

"A detachment of Islamic State fighters executed yesterday's London attack", a statement posted on the militant group's Amaq media agency website said.
