With 6D Mark II, Canon has tried to make the UI more user-friendly with more language support, easily accessible menu etc. Canon EOS 6D Mark II comes with a price tag of Rs.1.32,995 and it is just the cost of the body. The newly launched camera from Canon is created to provide high-level photographs.

Sitting at a cheaper price point with a smaller and more lightweight body to match, the EOS 200D is pitched as the camera of choice for first-time DSLR owners.

Canon has launched EOS 6D Mark II camera.

Although to casual photographers the price may look a tad high, the EOS 6D Mark II is priced quite aggressively in India. It comes with 26.3 megapixel CMOS Sensor. The new camera packs 45-point cross-type AF with up to 6.5fps shooting speed in continuous-shooting mode. Full frame means that there is no crop factor with the lenses that you will use. The camera has an ISO range of ISO 100-40000 (expandable range 50- 102,400).

The Canon 6D Mark II boasts of a 7,560 pixel RGB plus IR metering sensor and a colour detection autofocus that is said to provide consistent and accurate exposure in various lighting conditions.

- A 3-inch screen with swivel mechanism and touch support. Additionally, the device has built in GPS, NFC, Bluetooth, Wi Fi support to share photos directly from the camera. It also features a DIGIC 7 image processor and up to 40000 ISO, along with a 3-inch touch screen, built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Global Positioning System, and continuous shooting up to 6.5fps. This is one area where Canon is relatively ahead of Nikon. Mark II offers 5-Axis image stabilisation system to for suppressing camera shake while shooting movies without a tripod.

Overall, the EOS 6D Mark II seems like a good update to the earlier 6D. we don't yet know if it is a radical update or not until we have a chance to try the image sensor in this camera because that is one area where Canon really needs to pull up relative to its competitors.
