"The film will have elements of romance, comedy and drama".

Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha and Dijit Dosanjh at IIFA 2017.

We were the first ones to inform you that IIFA, (International Indian Film Awards) is now planning to venture into making a film based on the award ceremony. Later, it was reported that Karan Johar would play a pivotal role in it as himself.

While speaking about the same at the IIFA Awards 2017 green carpet, Salman told the news channel "I've been working since the time I've come, I just shot a cameo for Vashu Bhagnani and IIFA". Salman Khan will be seen, albeit in a cameo, in Sonakshi Sinha starrer Crazy Hai Hum, a film produced by IIFA and its organizers, Wizcraft Entertainment, and revolves around the IIFA Awards itself.

Bollywood Lifereports that Boman Irani, too, has a part in the film, and that leads Sinha and Dosanjh shot for sequences on stage and the green carpet in NY. "I was just shooting for it right now." . It is expected that both of them will also feature in the third part of this much loved franchise but it is not known when that film will go on floors and ultimately release.
