Over the weekend, Disney's epic fan convention D23 took place in Anaheim, California where the big players from the Mouse House took to the stage to talk about future projects.

"Featuring an all-new augmented reality headset, the product was created to give Star Wars fans an opportunity to recapture some of their favorite moments from Star Wars films in ways never before possible". Her endlessly charismatic breakout performance in The Force Awakens (2015) made her a mega star, and we can't wait to see where her character goes from here. No, as with all things Star Wars, the studio is still keeping things very hush hush. Accompanying it was a new poster for "The Last Jedi", depicting Fisher - "The General" - looking powerful and perfectly accessorized.

The video features visual effects and cast members talking to the camera and practicing fighting techniques. There are also looks at star Daisy Ridley's lightsaber training routines, more of Mark Hammil's grizzled Luke Skywalker, some cool action beats, and much more. Oh those Mon Calamari!

The images were posted on the latter three's social media accounts and on the official Instagram and Twitter Star Wars accounts. No, there's nothing to get angry about, but these character posters continue the crimson motif of The Last Jedi's ominous title treatment.

The film stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, Kelly Marie Tran, Laura Dern and Benicio Del Toro.
