Los Angeles Clippers forward Luc Mbah a Moute has agreed to a one-year, veteran's minimum deal with the Houston Rockets, where he will join ex-teammate Chris Paul, according to a report from ESPN. He posted a 58.1 true shooting percentage to go along with a nERD rating of -1.1, which ranked him 308th out of 486 National Basketball Association players last season. They have plenty of shooters, but players like Trevor Ariza, P.J. Tucker and now Mbah a Moute give them defensive help.

His best season was 2014-15, when he averaged 9.9 points and 4.9 rebounds for the Philadelphia 76ers.

He is still viewed as a top-flight perimeter and low-post defender as he'll enter his 10th season in the league.

Mbah a Moute was drafted 37th overall by Milwaukee in 2008.
