WhatsApp updates that are still on cards are live-location sharing, revoke/recall button, edit message feature and YouTube videos.

How many times did you receive a YouTube link on WhatsApp and you were annoyed that WhatsApp opened YouTube to view it?

Messaging service app, WhatsApp updates its platform every now and then, enables the users to use the platform with much ease.

Furthermore, you can also hide the video in the PIP mode temporarily without interrupting the video to read the message in the chat window.

Finally this won't happen anymore: this new feature implemented in WhatsApp uses the Picture in Picture concept to view YouTube videos without opening it. The video playback does not continue when you change the chat. Many of these features were earlier available as Beta rollout. The report also says that the feature is now only available for Apple iPhone 6 or its higher variants.

This option is now been worked on internally and we assume that the feature will be released to users with larger screens. This maybe because of a need for larger display size for videos, the report said. There is no news regarding this new feature's availability for Android and Windows users. At the moment, there is no information provided as to when these features will make its way to Android.

We can expect that WhatsApp will launch this feature soon unless they find any problem with the new feature.

The Facebook-owned chat app further brings several new updates for iOS users.
