If you preorder the game you'll be able to play as Kurt Angle.

The last WWE game for any Nintendo platform was 2011's WWE All-Stars on the Wii and Nintendo 3DS, which was a spinoff featuring cartoony superstars and over-the-top moves, as opposed to the main series, considered more of a sports simulation.

It's official: WWE 2K18 is coming to Nintendo Switch.

2K has not announced a PC version of WWE 2K18 yet, but the last few games in the series have made it over to that platform (although that version always comes out a few months after the console releases).

Seth Rollins, the cover star for the upcoming WWE 2K18, has announced the game will come to the Nintendo Switch. Thanks to Switch's on-the-go capabilities, it will also be the first portable WWE video game available in six years.

Just yesterday 2K detailed the PS4 and Xbox One features on its official blog, and a lot of them have been confirmed for Switch. This includes matches featuring up to eight Superstars, a more expansive backstage area, new weight detection and grapple carry systems and much more.

The largest roster in WWE games history!

Developed collaboratively by Yuke's and Visual Concepts, a 2K studio, WWE 2K18 is not yet rated by the ESRB.

The game will also be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
