There is a chance that Ezekiel Elliott could find himself in further trouble with the NFL. In a six-page letter to Elliott, the NFL made it very clear that the league has the right to banish him forever if he were to get in trouble again. But Elliott and his representation plan to fight the suspension arduously.

"I recognize the distraction and disruption that all of this has caused my family, friends, teammates, the Dallas Cowboys organization as well as my fans - for that I am sincerely sorry". The decision came after the National Football League investigated a series of alleged domestic violence involving Elliott.

Citing a source, the Dallas Morning News' Brandon George reported Elliott "was involved in a bar altercation in Dallas" that resulted in a DJ suffering a broken nose after he was punched in the face.

"During the upcoming weeks and through the appeal a slew of additional credible and controverting evidence will come to light".
