Trump signed an executive order in January directing the Pentagon to do a new nuclear posture review - a standard move for incoming administrations. At this rate, Trump will exceed Obama's last-year total by Labor Day.

"I don't begrudge the president for bemoaning the situation that he has found himself in, and what he has inherited", Kirby said. Congressional hearings have indicated that several former Obama administration officials possibly "unmasked" hundreds of American's identities - and possibly several Trump campaign officials - during the incidental collection by our intelligence services.

SEOUL - Kakao Corp., the operator of South Korea's top mobile messenger KakaoTalk, on Thursday said its second-quarter net profit moved down 5.6 percent on increased costs and tax payment.

In the wake of recent back and forth threats between the US and North Korea, US President Donald Trump responds to North Korea's threat on Guam with a backhanded reference over Twitter to the US' nuclear arsenal, saying his first order as president was to "renovate and modernize" it.

Six months into Trump's presidency, we now have enough data to assess his own approach. "It is now far stronger and more powerful than ever before" - is the latest act of brinkmanship between the USA and North Korea.

However, he warned that Trump could undo that progress by continuing his erratic behavior.

Trump's unsafe decision to ratchet up the tension between the United States and North Korea (then going golfing) would seem to fit the pattern of this envy-based foreign policy, particularly since Obama used traditional diplomacy in the region. "We spent a lot of money, a lot of time, and a lot of effort". Economists agree that the high jobless numbers, under President Obama, were largely driven by the economic downturn known as the Great Recession. "But, alas, Trump is Trump, and that is now and has always been trashy", New York Times columnist Charles Blow wrote in June.

"Frankly, the people who were questioning that statement, was it too tough?"
