Upcoming facelift of Mercedes' sportscar will get a mild bump up in power and subtle styling changes. Such a model makes perfect sense considering it will allow AMG to rival the Audi S3 Sportback and at the same time bridge the gap between the A250 and the flagship A45 model. Each vehicle will have to be inspected by a local technician and have the lock mechanism replaced if required. The changes included fitment of a larger Panamerica front grille.

Mercedes had to issue 4 recalls to address some of the issues that their vehicles are experiencing and the Mercedes GLE and S-Class will be affected by the biggest one of the four. 8134 units of GLC models will have to get their headlights checked and readjusted. Expect the base model to edge towards 507hp, with the S and C models above it also raising their current 522hp and 557hp respective outputs.

The vacuum hose for the brake booster may collapse resulting in increased braking effort, increasing the risk of a crash.
