The Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors will square off in the NBA Finals for the third straight year in a series that felt like a foregone conclusion pretty much all season. The Warriors are strong favorites, according to Las Vegas bookmakers. Currently, Golden Sate is 12-0 in the playoffs - the first team ever to reach the Finals undefeated - and are winning games by an average margin of 16.3 points per game, the best mark in National Basketball Association history. The teams in Oakland and Cleveland were on a collision course for the NBA Finals and everything else was just a big preseason. And if he feels confident going into a series against an overpowering Warriors team filled with four All-Stars, then the rest of Cleveland should, too.

Andre Iguodala earned MVP honors of the 2015 Finals mostly for his defense on James, who was harassed into 39.8 percent shooting in the series.

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr told the media that he was still not feeling well enough to coach and return to the sidelines. It's a toss-up if the Warriors (118.3 PPG, 115.8 efficiency) or the Cavaliers (116.8 PPG, 120.7 efficiency) are better on offence, but Golden State (99.1 points against per 100 possessions) is by far the superior defensive unit.
