Woods' auto was stopped in the right lane of the road with the brake lights and right turn signal on, the report stated.

"Tiger Woods was asleep inside his vehicle when authorities found him, according to a police report released Tuesday".

The Breathalyzer results noted in the DUI probable cause affidavit from the Jupiter Police Department indicate he had no alcohol in his system and seem to back the golfer's statement Monday evening that he not been drinking before he was arrested.

Woods told police he was taking several prescriptions, including two painkillers. I expect more from myself too. The officer says Woods was sleeping in the auto by himself with his seatbelt on. He has undergone multiple surgeries on his left knee and back in the last decade.

In his most recent comment about his health, he wrote that the surgery had relieved awful pain and that he had not "felt this good in years".

Woods' season came to an abrupt halt in February, when he withdrew from a tournament in Dubai after the first round. Woods does not have to appear in court on the day of his arraignment if he has legal counsel present.

The report released Tuesday indicated that Woods told officers that he was recovering from surgery.
