This will be the first major release by Kesha since her collaboration with Zedd on "True Colors" back in April 2016.

"Animals, I have a surprise for you", she teased fans.

Dr. Luke says the singer made up that story in an attempt to ruin his reputation to try to weasel out of her recording contract. "I f*cking love you", she told her beloved fans, or "animals".

Kesha is making a comeback in the music scene this week.

Most of the posts on her Instagram that lead up to this have come with no captions, giving no real details to the exciting and lovely pictures she shared.

"Praying" is her first solo material since 2013's Deconstructed EP. It is unclear whether the track will be released via RCA Records, her longtime label home, which is a subsidiary of Sony Music. However, Dr. Luke prevented her from releasing new music.

The singer has said she has dozens if not hundreds of songs written and ready for release, and she has also toured in recent months.

The Timber crooner also shared snaps of herself standing on the edge of the sea as the sun set with the words "The Beginning" emblazoned across it. Along with the grid, she posted an Instagram video today with very exciting news.

While Kesha hasn't confirmed whether "Praying" is part of an album called The Beginning, it would be a fitting title for the singer who's been trying to restart her career for years now. Luckily, fans can finally stop praying for her return, though, they'll clearly want to know more about these cryptic messages.
