We know that Xiaomi is prepping the Mi Mix 2 with a higher screen-to-body ratio than the original Mi Mix that was announced in the a year ago.

Xiaomi's upcoming Mi Mix 2 landed GeekBench and the listing confirmed few specifications of the phone. Like previous year, French designer Philippe Starck is again designing the MI Mix 2. The smartphone has been the subject of talk via various leaks and rumours in the past.

When the original Mi MIX was unveiled, the phone did not just impress in terms of design, but it also came in with top-notch specs and features. Its arrival seems to be approaching fast as the alleged Mi MIX 2 has appeared on Geekbench benchmarking platform. Gearbest also listed the phone with 4GB/6GB and 8GB RAM configurations.

However, the only letdown with the Mi Mix was Xiaomi did not launch it in India and many other countries where they are operating.

It can be also seen that the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is running on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. It doesn't have any expandable storage. However, previous rumors have suggested that the phone will keep its 6.4-inch curved AMOLED display screen with a QHD resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Similar to its predecessor, the Mi Mix 2 will boast acoustic earphone technology, which basically eliminates the need for an earpiece. It is expected to be backed up by a 4,500 mAh battery. It will come with Ambient Light Sensor, Gravity Sensor and Proximity Sensor.
